Price reaching your level is not a reason to trade. The sequence to wait for, and the rule when nothing happens.

Price reaching a level where orders rest is not, by itself, a reason to act.

Arriving proves nothing

Price touches 2,431 and everything parked there fires. That is not a signal.

The move can continue straight through the level for days. Nothing about the touch tells you which is happening.

A level being reached is information, not an instruction.
