Close the platform, leave the charts alone for the rest of the day, and come back tomorrow.

Why a rest day is in a trading course

The two things that break a beginner are over analysing and talking themselves out of their own plan.

Both get much worse when you are tired. A tired reader looks at the same chart for the fifth hour, sees six new things in it, and ends the session less sure than when they started. That is not more work. That is worse work.

Fatigue does not slow you down. It makes you wrong in a specific way.
