The plan names the hours you trade. Not roughly, and not "when I get a chance".

Whenever I am free is not a session

Trading around your day means you arrive at the chart at random times and look for something to do.

That is the opposite of what the plan is for. Set hours make the market you see the same market every day, and it is much easier to learn a chart you keep seeing at the same time.

Fixed hours are what make one day comparable with the next.
