Model 2 is model 1 with one more piece and one more wait.

Price the break first

Module 28 taught the measurement: risk to the stop, reward to the first target, both in dollars, before you decide.

Run it on model 1. Short at 2,415 with the stop at 2,441 is 26 dollars of risk, and the pool of orders under 2,396 is 19 dollars away. That fails.

A failed measurement on model 1 is what sends you to model 2.

The order block on that gold turn is the leg that ran into the sweep, from 2,420 up to 2,440.
