A break against four

The small chart break that appeared during the pullback, why it looked like a reversal, and the rule that says it was not one.

Between the release and the entry there was a moment that would have caught most people out.

What happened

As gold pulled back from 2,477, a 5 minute candle closed at 2,470, below the last 5 minute swing low at 2,472.

That is a break of structure downward. On its own chart it says sellers have taken control.

A real break, on a real chart, pointing the opposite way to everything above it.

The weekly, the daily, the 4 hour and the 1 hour were all buyers. So was the 15 minute.
