What happened

Price fell from 2,512 to 2,506 and stayed there.

For about two hours the candles covered a four dollar range. The position was six dollars in front, which is two thirds of what it was risking, and eight dollars short of its target.

Two hours, four dollars of range, and no progress in either direction.

Time is not a reason

Nothing about a slow two hours says the reading was wrong.
