Everything so far describes how to handle a loss well. This lesson is about the times you will not.

It will happen

At some point a loss will get to you. A run of them will get to you sooner.

That is not a sign you are unsuited to this. It happens to people who have been doing it for years, and pretending otherwise only makes it worse when it arrives.

Expect it, so it is not also a surprise.

Catch it early

The skill is noticing it while it is happening. You are reopening the chart every two minutes, or your next trade is already half decided before you have looked at anything.
