The move before

Modules 10 and 12 ended on one sequence: a level is taken, then a candle closes past the last swing point.

This module names the part of the chart that sits immediately before that sequence.

The sequence you already know

Gold rises to 2,431 and turns down there twice. The orders sit just above that high, so price is drawn back up to it.

Price pushes through, wicks to 2,440 and closes back at 2,428. That is a sweep, meaning the level is taken and given straight back.

Then a candle closes at 2,415, below the 2,420 swing low. That is a break of structure (BOS), the close that says the trend has turned.

The sweep takes the orders, and the break of structure confirms the turn.
