Where the trade ends

An entry with no target is not a plan. The end of the trade is decided at the same moment as the start.

Named before you click

Write the target as a price before the position exists. Once money is on the line, every level starts to look like a good place to get out.

There are three kinds of place worth using, and they are all visible on the chart before anything happens.

Pick the target while you still have no opinion about it.

The level on the other side

The first is the one you already know from module 12. Price is drawn towards resting orders, so the prominent high or low on the far side of the move is a destination.
