Draw it with fibonacci

The arithmetic gives you the middle price, and the fibonacci retracement tool puts that line on the chart in two clicks.

You can work out the middle with a calculator. On a live chart it is faster to draw it, and there is a tool that does exactly that.

A ruler, not an indicator

The fibonacci retracement, or fib, is a drawing tool. You give it two points and it divides the distance between them into percentages.

That is all it does. It reads nothing, it predicts nothing, and it has no opinion about direction. Here it is being used for one job: to mark the halfway point of a move.

The fib is a ruler that splits a distance into percentages.

Two clicks, wick to wick

Open the drawing toolbar and choose the fib retracement tool. On TradingView it sits in the left toolbar. On MT5 it is under Insert, then Objects, then Fibonacci.
