People slow down at this point because they are trying to be exact. The method does not ask for that.

Price rallies at the 2,420 to 2,440 block. One 15 minute candle wicks up to 2,424 and closes back at 2,418.

Only the wick reached the zone, and that is enough. Price traded at those prices, which is the whole requirement.

Waiting for a candle body to sit inside the box adds nothing. It only makes you miss the rallies that turn quickly.
