Order Blocks Part 3

Order Blocks Part 3Lesson 2 of 84 min read

The body edge

Why anyone would use the tighter box, where the reaction tends to land, and the honest status of the rule behind it.

The tight box needs a reason, because on the face of it you are throwing away most of the zone.

The chart stays readable

The first reason is practical. A twenty dollar box across a gold chart covers a lot of candles.

Draw one at every turn and the screen fills with shaded rectangles. You stop seeing price and start seeing your own drawings.

A smaller box leaves a chart you can still read.

Where price tends to react

The second reason is the one that matters, and it is an observation.
