Ask two questions

You will see other people post results while you are still on a demo account. Comparing yourself to them is where a lot of doubt starts, so here is how to read them.

A result on its own says nothing

"Up ten percent today" is one number. It describes an outcome and hides the process completely.

Two people can post that identical number after doing opposite things, one of which was careful and one of which was reckless.

A percentage with no process behind it is not information.

Question one: what was risked

Ask how much was at risk on each trade.
