When you do not trade

The plan says what a trade needs. This list says when there is no trade available at all.

The five lines

Write these underneath the plan, as their own list.

1. The setup does not match your checklist.
2. You have already taken today's trade.
3. You have hit your daily loss limit.
4. It is a news day you marked off.
5. Your market is closed or barely moving, for example on a public holiday.

Any one of the five, and the day is finished.

The entry checklist is answered by looking at a chart. This list is answered without looking at one.
