Your own bias
What a borrowed direction costs you, the specific way it loses trades, and how to use anyone else's reading without replacing your own.
One habit stops the reading from ever becoming yours.
Taking the direction from someone else
If your side for the day comes from another person, you did not read the chart. You copied a conclusion.
The trade may still work out. What does not happen is the thing you are here for, which is learning to produce the conclusion yourself.
A borrowed bias produces a trade and no skill.
Why it also loses trades
The specific failure is a conflict. You read the chart and got seller. Someone whose opinion you trust says buyer, so you take the buy.
