The sitting produces something. This lesson is how you keep it.

Write it straight afterwards

Open a page as soon as the timer ends, before anything else.

Thirty minutes of thinking is gone within an hour, in the same way a trade is gone from memory by the evening. Module 46 made that argument about the journal, and it applies here without changes.

Write it while it is still in front of you, not later that day.
