Four documents

Each of these came out of a specific module, and each one is yours rather than ours.

• The plan page, from module 29. Risk, sizing, session, news rule, one market, entry rules, and the no trade list underneath.
• The journal, from module 46. Seven fields per trade, filled while the trade is open.
• The weekly page, from modules 43 and 51. Five days labelled and a bias line per market, written before Monday.
• The daily line, from module 48. A morning reading and an evening score, written twelve hours apart.
