Equilibrium Part 2

Equilibrium Part 2Lesson 1 of 85 min read

Onto the chart

Equilibrium stops being arithmetic and becomes a working line. Which tool draws it, why the timeframe does not matter, and what gold does between its moves.

Module 26 explained the halfway price and how to draw it. This module uses it on live charts, in both directions, on a real sequence.

Any tool, one line

The fibonacci retracement is not the only way to mark the middle of a move.

A Gann box, another drawing tool that splits a distance, does the same job. Set it to show 0, 0.5 and 1 and turn everything else off, and it prints the identical line.

What matters is that one line ends up on the chart. Which button drew it changes nothing.

Three levels on any splitting tool gives you the same middle price.

The same on every chart
