What you call it

Look at the cheap half of the gold rise and you can label the same area three ways.

Three names, one area

Before the run from 2,396, price spent a while going sideways in a narrow band. Then it left.

That band can be called an order block, because it is the move that started the run. It can be called an accumulation area, meaning a place where positions were built. Somebody else will call it a base.
