Market and session

The first two columns. Why the market column stays one name while you are learning, and what the session column is quietly measuring.

The first two fields take a second each to fill in. They are also the two that produce the clearest patterns.

The market column

Write the symbol you traded. Gold as XAUUSD, bitcoin as BTCUSD, whichever one you chose.

Module 29 already put one symbol in your plan, so this column should read the same name every time.

One name repeating down the column is the column working correctly.

A trader who is not yet profitable on one market has nothing to gain from a second.
