The second written field. The four feelings worth naming, why the reason behind each one is the useful half, and what a run of them tells you.

This field records what you felt while the trade was open, and why.

Name the specific feeling

Vague words do not survive rereading. Write the exact one.

Four come up repeatedly. Fear as you entered. Overconfidence once you were in. Greed, which shows up as pushing a target further out. And the fear of missing a setup you had not yet earned.

Four names, and one of them usually fits.

The why is the useful half

A feeling on its own is a mood. A feeling with a cause attached is something you can act on.
