Five common answers

The five improvements that appear most often on losing trades, and which part of your method each one sends you back to.

The improvement field on a losing trade tends to produce one of five answers. Knowing them makes the field faster to fill in honestly.

Too little confluence

The first is entering on fewer reasons than your model asks for.

You wrote model 4 into the plan and took a two piece entry because it was there. Module 30 gave the count, and this is the count being ignored.

Fewer reasons than the plan requires is the most common answer in the field.

Against your own bias

The second is taking a trade in the opposite direction to the day you read.
